CRA error result 84 - & no support ID

Hello,

I have no support ID nor any idea how to get one, so I can't call any of the "support" numbers as they only ask for this support ID.

I am unable to continue filing through NETFILE due to error 84.

I entered tuition fees into 32000, and I am not in the yukon. So case 1. applies. 

- Line 59140 must equal lines 32000 minus 45350 for Canada training credits plus 32001. When line 32000 minus line 45350 is negative, line 59140 must equal line 32001.

Line 59140 is 6306 

Line 32000 is 6556

Line 45350 is 250.

Line 32001 is 6306.

I have entered my tuition correctly, as on the T2202 form. And I have entered my training credit from my NOA. Both are correct. I have no idea what to do next.

If you don't have a support ID, you can just tell the answering machine what you are calling about. ex: if you have a technical problem, just say "technical support".
