CRA is not letting me download my files through Turbotax I keep getting an ERR.029 error from CRA. I can log in without going through Turbotax.

Please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. This FAQ has instructions on how to clear the cache in several popular browsers: How do I clear my cache (browsing history)?

TurboTax Susan's answer solved my problem of the ERR.029 error.
