As per Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) receiving an error code 15 means: You have indicated this is a pre-bankruptcy return. Please delete the selected financial data (SFD) statements. They should not be transmitted with a pre-bankruptcy return.

Where can I find the ifinancial data (SFD) statements? I can't find it in any select option.
It's my first time using a tax refund. Then should I send an email directly instead of a NETFILE to the CRA?
@YUJEONG Most first-time filers can't use NETFILE, they need to print and mail their returns to file. If you are using TurboTax Online, select File > Filing Hub* from the left side menu. Then click on "Print & Mail your return(s)" to go to a page where you can download a special version of your return to print off and mail.
*If you don’t see the Filing Hub option under File, then select CRA Online Mail and continue forward from there to get to the Filing Hub.

Hi, can anyone help me with my situation? I have the code error 15, although I don’t even have my cra account yet, since it’s my first time filling, I’ve called them yesterday and they said that since I dont have an account, they cannot unlock it since I don’t possess one, why am I still getting this error 15??
@Babli You must print and mail your return to the CRA if they are unable to unlock the account and they do not have any of your information on file. If the CRA has nothing on file for you, they will not accept an electronic filing.
