wow I have used Turbo Tax for several years and very surprised that I can NOT getting any assistance any more. 

Trying to do my 2018 Taxes for Self Employed .

running into a software issue in not being able to ADD Additions to CRA Additions for the year. Tried a work around but it did not show up when I printed the forms. 

 

this appears to be a software issue and I can not speak to anyone or get any assistance

so frustrating

If you are still having difficulties, you can contact our Customer Support by clicking on the link that follows. To talk to a TurboTax specialist, begin by filling out the Contact Us form and tell us what platform and version of TurboTax you’re using. Once you go through the steps and complete the form, the phone number to speak to a TurboTax agent will appear on the page. You will also be able to see the approximate wait time to speak with an agent.

Worst level of customer "service" I've ever experienced in 35 years of PC experience with numerous vendors.

You have a phone number that invariably tells you there's 1 hour of wait time.  That's AFTER you MUST listen to the intro en Francaise that applies to only 10% of the callers.  Any other software company helpline just says press "1" for English.

I've been a TurboTax subscriber for at least five years and have paid for "special" customer support, including the phone.  This year (for "who cares" reasons) I couldn't get my updated credit card info in time for the renewal.  Apparently I was 2 days late.  I got a jubilant email saying I was cancelled.  PERIOD!  Finally I got a human voice who could do nothing for me after 45 mins on the phone with her.  Oh, no!  they just couldn't send the transaction again because I was CANCELLED.

These "support" people should phone their own help line to see how good --NOT-- they are.

This company doesn't give a rat's behind about customer service/retention/satisfaction and their whole Support Structure shows it.

We apologize that the help you received from customer service was less than optimal. Unfortunately, once your TurboTax Advantage account has been canceled there is nothing anyone can do to reactive it.

Ah I have tried to contact customer service- have to pay for that. was on the phone with someone for over an hour last night that had no clue how to help or where to find the box to add new additions or Dispositions...

then they escallated to a senior person who scheduled to talk to me at 630 am   and they never called. 

I am pretty much at the point of giving up on Turbo Tax completely , which is too bad, have used them for probably 15 + years.  very frustrated

 

v
