I am trying to deactivate an account that I opened, entered some but not all info in but then decided I will not be using the TurboTax Deluxe Online Edition that I purchased. I am not looking for my money back, I just want all the info I entered deleted. I've looked everywhere online that I've been directed to. It says I must fill out a form to identify myself BUT I can't see how to get that form. Please, HELP.
