My mom passed in Jan 18 2023...for my dad's taxes would I put him as Widow or married(for his 2022 taxes) thanks 👍

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Since your mother was still alive in 2022, she and your father would still be married. When you do your father's taxes next year, then he will become a widow.
