    Deducting utilities for rental property

    I'm a landlord.  Can I deduct the full cost of utilities?  For example Enbridge website shows my annual cost for gas only.  But my actual payment includes the tax as well.   Can I deduct the full amount that I actually I pay (gas plus tax) or just the cost of the gas?
