desktop business turbotax not filling online with web access code

Hello,

I purchased the Turbo Tax Business product and am trying to file online using the web access code, but it doesn't allow me. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need a different code from CRA specifically for TurboTax filing?

I have my past turbotax licence code from past years.   How do i get them on new laptop computer
