Did not get the RBC Client discount as advertised

Hi! I paid for the 2024 tax return with my RBC visa card. The website stated that I will get 20% off with the card. However, I was charged with the full amount and I have not received any refund or adjustment for the charges. Please help.

I did pay for the services before April 30, 2024, therefore I should be entitled to the discount.

I had the RBC visa statement to prove the Turbo Tax charges on April 28, 2024.

Yes, thank you. We were able to refund one of the TurboTax software that was purchased. You will see the refund on your credit card within 2-3 weeks.
