Did you have a mental or physical impairment? I'm on ODSP (ontario disability support program) but I'm still just receiving a T5007. Yes or No

I understand the government definition of impairment is different than websters and certain requirements need to be met.
ie. Doctor forms signed, with clear indication of disability and issues that disability causes.

If I have ODSP, does that mean I'm already qualified as having either a mental or phsical impairment?

Your answer should be "Yes". If you are under the ODSP it means that you have completed the DTC (Disability Tax Credit). If you have DTC that means that you have a physical or mental impairment and you don't need the doctor to sign another form.

I hope this was helpful
