Difficulty talking with a tax expert since 30 April.

My last call-back from a tax expert was late Saturday night. Since then, esp. since Sun. morning, all day Monday, and the first part of today, it's been impossible to get a call-back.... Has everyone begun a vacation at DisneyWorld such that they're not available?
