Do I need to keep a canadian bank account in order to do my taxes next year, if I will leave Canada in the next months ?

I spent a year in Canada, did my 2022 tax return this year. I am wondering if I need to have a canadian bank account or if my future 2023 tax return will be able to be sent to a French bank account.
