Do you get charged by turbotax after the tax refund or before? My concern is they cannot get my tax refund back and I pay for nothing.

Are you asking if you should pay for the use of our TurboTax software before Netfiling or if you have to pay for taxes owed to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) before Netfiling?

If you used our TurboTax software you will be charged for the version you used and then you will need to Netfile your return. If you have completed Netfiling to the CRA, you will have received an email confirming they have received your return along with a confirmation number. If you have not received this, you have not Netfiled your return yet.
