Well they should provide refund. I have to do for my whole family and this is time consuming.
@chatty1 There has been an update to TurboTax Online, so please try again. if it still doesn't work, please let us know at what part of the return you are seeing that error.
It still isn’t working this is what I am getting I am not able to do anything at all with this return. I can’t see anything but this screen. The last button I hit was to do a review. And I have been working on this for almost a week now.
Can you please clarify when exactly do you get this error message?
It’s hard to explain when because I’m stuck on that screen as soon as I open it now. I hit the review button before it glitched. As soon as I open it now I can’t do anything but see that screen.

I get right to the end still. Hit the net file button. It says you didn’t review yet and hit the review button back to the same this wasn’t expected screen. If it doesn’t work soon I’m going to do it all over again on another program. I’m not buying this one again.

So I had 2 jammed up. Copied them both and filed them that way but lost 2 returns from my account to file

I have the same problem - I can't even open my return (I was almost finished and ready to file). Error screenshot below (title of error page is "Oops! Something unexpected happened.")

If you don’t mind losing one of your returns hit the copy button under your return then review and file. I did it to 3 of mine and for some reason it works 😡. So I lost half of my 8 return and had to pay for more.
Thanks, but I tried copying it, and the copy has the exact same problem - I can’t even open it to review it!
Ugh. It worked for me 3 times just luck I guess. Big returns. Nice to get the money!! Nobody wants to wait a month.
I'm self-employed and have to pay Intuit to do these returns ($120/yr for me and my partner)... I guess Intuit won't get our business this year, or in future, as I can't possibly even access all the work I've done on my taxes this year. If I have to redo it all with another company's product, I'm never coming back to use Intuit...
Chatty1, could you please unmark my reply above (screenshot with the puppy) as the resolution to this post? I fear Intuit support won’t read it any more if it is considered “solved”, which it is not… :(
