Does "faq page 'how do I register for cra's my mycount' freezing 15 minutes ago -as did help and live tax advice - mean a turbotax malfunction ?"

I think I've posed this correctly & with full detail

The website is a separate entity from the software. There are no known malfunctions with TurboTax at this time. There could be slowdowns with some Internet services explaining why some website pages are not loading. We have checked at our end and that FAQ page is loading properly.

This doesn't help - it seems that the 'Skip' function is disabled.            The website is a separate entity from the software. There are no known malfunctions with TurboTax at this time. Are you in TurboTax or on the website? If you are in TurboTax, can you provide a screenshot of the page you're on?
