Does not allow me to enter my activation code

turbo tax wont allow me to enter any characters in the activation code spot.

Please go to turbotax.ca/activate 

If you are still having difficulty, please clear your cache/cookies, sign out of your return then restart your computer. If this doesn't work, you may try a different browser.

I made an typo of entering the license and tried again.  It didn't let me.
