Is there any way to actually get through to a person on phone support? The computerized assistance and the community chats are not enough. I changed credit card information for my longstanding TurboTax standard download well after the January download date (distracted by quarantine etc.) and have not been sent a download link or activation code. Do I have to purchase a stand alone copy this year and then get back on the annual downloads after that? Worried I will be double charged for the automatic subscription and the one time download.
