Downloading to a new hard drive

I downloaded Turbo tax to my PC last month. I had to get a new hard drive for my PC. Turbo tax is not on the new hard drive. I tried to reinstall turbo tax but it says this license code has already been used on another account. Is there any way to reload turbo tax to my new hard drive?
