EFile saying information does not match cra for first time filer

Efiled a return for a first time filer but CRA would not accept it saying filers information does not match information on file from Service Ontario. Wont left me go back to the claim and go to personal info to see what information could be wrong. All info matched the T4 slip.

If CRA doesn't have filers information on their record then you might have to file a paper return.

You can go to the "Profile" section to check the personal information. You can navigate there in easy steps from the left hand side panel in TurboTax Desktop Version.
