EI Agreements for self=employments

2020 I was self-employed, but was unemployed for a little bit.

For 2019 I was employed but was then laid off. Naturally, I collected EI.

I didn't set up a self-employment agreement with the CRA before collecting EI for self-employment.

When I called them they said that I didn't need one as I could use the remaining weeks on my previous EI claim. So I did.

The problem is that it doesn't seem like there's an option to claim that with TurboTax.

Right now, it says that I cannot submit my taxes as I didn't set up a self-employment agreement.

I'm wondering if this is something I can clear up with TurboTax or if I need to call the CRA again.
