Encountering an error when trying to input business expenses - program sends me back to start.

I can't get through to a page that lets me add expenses. Once I encounter the error I have to loop back to the interview start.

What do I do now?

Try going back to the start of the interview and navigating past the step where yo encountered the error..."

 

I see no way of navigating. It takes me back to the very first step of filing a return.
