I got error 960576 and 3 times netfile failed. so finally after deleting BC rent benefit, done.
so now I need to refile so can you let me know when this issue will be solved?

I also got this error when filing my brother-in-law and sister's returns. My sister had no income and I happened to file my brother-in-law's taxes first as part of a joint filing. In thinking about it I wondered whether switching the order would help, so I tried filing my sister's taxes (with success). Then I tried filing my brother-in-law's taxes and it too worked. The 960576 error had disappeared.
I am thinking that CRA rejected the original request because they did not have my sister's tax information yet.
I would be curious if this same solution might work for others.
