Error code 603

Had problems installing Turbo Tax Deluxe version - tried several times - 

therefore used up all of my tries - Error code 603

Error 603 usually means that you are entering the code in the wrong version or that you have already activated the code. You possibly have purchased TurboTax Deluxe Online version and if so- you simply need to go here to activate your code turbotax.ca/activate.  If you have already done so then please simply log into your TurboTax online account.

Tried several times - never worked - correct code was entered - 

Message (Something's not right, try re-entering your code.)

Previous message that I have used up all my activation codes (3 times)

But never had success - would have to reset my activation code tries to ZERO

@Pelo0077612 Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online? For what year? Are you seeing the 603 error or is something else happening when you try to open your return?
