Need TurboTax to fix this simple error…in schedule form ON 479-A Line 63047 it says if negative put 0
turbo tax put a negative number which is stopping me from Netfiling…HOW DO I GET TURBOTAX TO FIX
I can’t access the forms used to calculate this child care tax relief credit or I could easily fix the problem. I’ve tried calling and even when I explain they still want to spend 3 hrs troubleshooting… I’m 100% sure I won’t be the only one… they had no idea I had to find the line with the error myself by downloading the return and scouring til I found line 63047! I don’t want to use another tax product I’ve used TurboTax for 30 yrs using online self employment product
