Error Code 90228

When trying to use Netfile, I am getting an error code with the message: You claimed on line 21700 an allowable deduction for business investment loss. You also have to enter the gross business investment loss on lines 21698 and/or 21699.

However, both lines 21698 and 21699 are completed.  Is there an error in the program?

Is there an expected timeline for the update to fix this issue?
I also have the 90228 error code given all the fields are completed
