Error code TT3021

I tried to download the new updates and it keeps stopping half way and brings up error code TT3021.  I have reinstalled it numerous time without my McAfee on and i am still getting the error message.

I downloaded RurboTax 2023 on my computer and completed my return a few weeks ago. I tried logging in to this file again today and am getting an error code TT3021. This error must be fixed before I can file my return with Revenue Canada. Please help.

Please try reinstalling TurboTax using the download from our website.  You can download the current version of TurboTax CD/download edition here:  Choose the 2023 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).
