error code TT403

Error code TT403 means that an error has occurred while reading your return from disk. So your file could be damaged or corrupted. If you have a backup of your file on another drive or disc, you can try opening that instead. You can also try using the backup file that TurboTax Cd/Download automatically makes.

This error code comes up after installing the program.  I have uninstalled and get the same result.   I can go to easy step but does not bring froward my information from 2018.  I can enter the info on easy step but it will not allow me to save it.
