Error Code: TT803

I am trying to update my 2021 TurboTax software, but keep getting Error Code: TT803

My firewall & AVG protection were turned off, but still get error.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Please try to uninstall and reinstall your software.

When you reinstalled, did you delete your cache? Are you using TurboTax Online or our Download software?

I'm using the download version.

 

I've reinstalled a number of times.

 

It works fine on my old windows 10 computer.

 

Note I get the same error when I run 2022 and 2021 Turbotax

Have this error come up.  I've uninstalled, cleared temp files, restarted and reinstalled 3 times.  Even bought another copy of the download desktop program to make sure I had the 64bit option and still have the same error coming up.  I tried to see if it would allow me to do the taxes without updating but it doesn't and won't do the filing or download from CRA.  

I tried going to the contact us page and just keep going round in circles from one link to another with no spot to get actual help and I am not getting any answers.  

I normally don't have issues with Turbotax.  This is the first year that I'm disappointed in my experience.

Need some help here.

@Anita_Trott When you reinstalled, did you use the CD or the download from the website? Have you made sure that there is no anti-virus or security software blocking the program?

I downloaded from Intuit purchasing the desktop download.
