error: missing year

 

Hello,

 

I'm trying to e file my taxes for 2015 (Canada) using turbotax. When I get to the final screen to send, I am presented with a message that says "year missing" and thus my tax file cannot be sent. What could be causing this problem? I tried to redo the taxes 3 times with the same results.  My taxes are simple, only a T4.

You cannot NetFile your 2015 tax return. The only years accepted are 2016 and forward through CRA NetFile.ne

You will need to click on Print to mail and mail your return to Canada Revenu Agency.
