When trying to file Georgia Form 600 for Fiscal Year 2021 I was unable to complete the filing due to TurboTax requiring that I complete Form IT-FC (Georgia Film Tax Credit). My problem is that I don't work in the Film Industry. I am an insurance agency. Adding to this issue, was the software restriction that I could not file by mail which is untrue. I feel that I should get a refund for the State of Georgia software that I purchased due to the issue with the software.
I resolved the issue myself by going to the Georgia Department of Revenue website and using their online software which did not require that I file form IT-FC and also did not demand that I file online.
