I am not claiming employment expense that why i am getting this error message . The CCA portion of the Statement of Employment Expenses form is still being finalized and isn’t ready for filing. Finish preparing the rest of your return and we’ll email you when it’s ready.
Is anything selected under Employment for employment expenses? Could you please check your tax profile for employment and related to employment expenses?
I have the same issue, only a T4, I called and screen shared also, and they told me to just wait a few days and try again. I even started an entire new tax return, same error.
@brittany1404: Did you import any information from the previous year? If so, have you tried starting a new return without using any information from the previous year?
