Have you tried running an update? Even if the software says it is up-to-date, it might be missing a specific patch.

Go to the Help menu and select Check for Updates.

If that doesn't work, Uninstall the program and reinstall using this link: https://intuitglobal.intuit.com/downloads/CanadaTax/2024/dls/TurboTax_2024.exe
