While reviewing a T1 return and clicking "Continue" through to the next page, somehow I clicked on the "Expert One-Time Assist" button without even seeing it. I only know that I did it because a quick bubble appeared as I was navigating to the next page saying "Congratulations". When I clicked the back button, there was nothing there showing me what I clicked on. When I got to the payment screen, it was in my cart for $30 with no option to remove it. I called the helpdesk and not only could they not tell me what part of the return it would have been on, they told me it can't be removed from the shopping cart. I was told me that I would have to re-do my return from scratch to remove it. Be careful when proceeding through your returns to avoid unnecessary frustration.
