federal return was not accepted message reads "one or more entries in your tax return require correction.

federal return was not accepted message reads "one or more entries in your tax return require correction. the data entered is either invalid, or mandatory information is missing. if you are unable to resolve the issues , pleae contact software provider

the above error message came up when  netfile was attempted . i looked over returns  both mine and my wifes . tried to file each one and neither would send both got the same message

i have been using turbo tax for years with no issues previously. what are my next steps for correction so i can netfile

I received the exact same error for my spouses return, mine worked.

Any fix for this please?

I had the same issue too and got it fixed by manually entering the NetFile access code, not copy / paste.

I have been using Turbotax for years This year I have entered the information and my wife's return has been accepted but mine comes up with one or more entries require correction. I have reviewed the entries six time and get the same reply. Any ideas?? Thank you Rick

@37075 Please double check that your NETFILE Access Code (NAC) is correct and has all 8 characters. You can also try submitting your return without the NAC. The NAC is optional and not required to file your return.

completed 2 returns and 1 was accepted by CRA. This message came up when i tried to file the 2nd return. This message came up "Please choose how you wish to file your return" No access to file. Please .Please help. Evelyn 42.
