Files 2022

HI, I am working in the 2023 taxes, but I can not  transfer information of 4 files from 2022. I wonder what happened, I did 4 taxes and everything worked well.

Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

Sorry I was not at home,

 

I get de cd program from Costco, and installed it following  the download system.
