Filing error

My son is trying to file his taxes for the first time. When submitting to CRA via netfile, getting error message indicating the CRA says this is not the first time submitting taxes. He has never submitted taxes previously. What steps to take to address?

Hi @WGDtax if the individual is filing for the first time, please ensure that they have specifically indicated in their basic information section of their return it is their first time filing. Let me know if you need assistance to navigating to the basic information.
