I still need to file for 2021 income tax. I’ve tried to file using my phone but it does not have an option for filing 2021 taxes, it only assumes I am filing for 2022.

The mobile app is no longer available for previous years. However, you can still use TurboTax Online 2021. Here is the link: https://ww2.2021.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/
