Form entry does not work with 3840 x 2160 screen resolution.

Form entry (T4 etc.) for TurboTax 2019 Standard  is not working on my new computer with 3840 x 2160 screen resolution.  Has anyone else experienced this?

The minimum requirement for Display: 1024x768 minimum resolution; 16-bit or higher colour.

Make sure you double-clicked on the box where you were trying to enter an amount.

Your resolution is good, Go to Settings > System > Display and you'll find an option for Scale and layout. Windows will recommend a percentage, which most likely will be 100%.  Many people leave it at 125% which will not allow you to input any digits in TurboTax Forms.

If you have all these on the proper settings please contact our customer service for assistance

I need to know the maximum that is supported.  3840 x 2160 is considerably greater than 1024x768.

I have shared my screen with customer service and they have witnessed the bug, but have not provided me with a solution.  We changed screen resolution and we changed Scale and Layout settings from 100% to 250% (the recommended setting for my computer).   100% is unusable on my computer.  The font is microscopic!

I have been using TurboTax for 16 years and know its functionality very well.

Have the same issue and absolutely no help. Identified this to the chat people and was redirected to a page where they wanted additional money to support. Terrible support so far.

@TBRotors Have you tried reducing the resolution while you prepare your return? You can put it back up when you are done.

I have tried every screen resolution available including what your site recommends. The problem it appears is the software is not compatible with hi-res monitors. Even when I can see the screens it is impossible to enter date in the tables that open for input. I'm not happy that I will have to pay twice the price to get my taxes filed using your online site that actually works.

How do I get a refund? I ended up having to pay for your online service for a total cost of $48.28 when I thought I had purchased the solution with the desktop software for $26.44 that didn't work. Please provide contact details so I can promptly process my refund.
