Free Tax Expert Meeting

I just had my tax expert meeting to have my taxes reviewed (march 19 at 8PM) and as I went to file it, I am being asked to pay 69.99. However, on this website which is definitely a Canadian site, it says because of the current crisis, these fees are waived until march16. I filed anyway so I can get my taxes done.  How do I get my money back??  I called the tax expert person who told me this offer was only in the US but this is a cdn site.  https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tips/free-call-with-tax-experts-11131
