I have a VERY simple tax return. It's a T4RIF and a T5 for a puny amount of interest earned in a bank account.
Turbo Tax shows the T5 without a lock indicating it can be included without needing to go to a paid version.
BUT when I go to fill in the T5 - the box for interest shows as locked! This means that I have yo upgrade to a paid version??? All for $5 in interst??? I have to pay $20 to upgrade because it's MORE complicated??
Last year I could include my miniscule interst income but now Turbo tax says this is now a complicated tax return???
Is this correct? I checked out H and R Bock and they don't charge...
