I am using Windows 10 on my laptop and purchased Turbo Tax 2017 Standard version for download in Jan 2018. I could not print the Tax Forms to file the return although all tax forms for my retention printed without any problems. Windows kept looking for a file "Turbo Tax 2017.msi" which it couldn't find and I had to turn my laptop off to get out of some type of loop error. After reviewing info from the Intuit Q&A group, uninstalling the program and reinstalling a new version seemed to be the only solution. I uninstalled the version I purchased and am trying to find my way through this site to allow for the reinstallation of my purchased version.
