Not sure what to do here. Did taxes for 2, common law on turbo tax desktop. I sent mine both to Canada and Quebec no problem. Proceed to send the Canadian for the other, no issue. Then when I tried sending the Quebec file, it gave me an error message saying a date was missing. And that is when my hard drive crashed.
Loss everything before sending the Quebec file. Does the file go thru the Turbo tax server before sending to Gov? Otherwise, it seems like I need to redo all of them. Does my code work for Turbotax online? I only have a mac in the house.
Is there a way to contact support directly?
