have to enter activation code every time I open tt20 basic

I have downloaded tt20 basic version and ever time I open tt20 it wants me to enter the activation code.

I have started a return, saved it, it all works but if I close and reopen tt20 it requires the activation code..

what is going on?

Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of you saved returns.
