Have to start new return for 2019 each time I login

I just started working on my 2019 taxes. Each time I start  and get to a certain point, I save it. I then go back in a while later and I need to start my 2019 return all over again. I am also receding an error when downloading from CRA. After the download, my name has been removed and just a comma remains. Anyone else having these issues? I’ve never had this much difficulty with Turbo Tax and have been using if for years. Thanks! !

I started my 2019 tax return today and when I go back in it looks like I have to start all over again.  Can anyone help?  Is there no way to contact TurboTax??? There is a glitch in the system.  Have they just let the system go because the filing day was extended????
