having problems with entering in profile for disability tax credit

we are filing our tax returns separately but,  the excess from the disability tax credit is not being transferred from my spouse to me.   in the profile for her i do not see the federal/prov amounts transferred from your spouse as per previous posts indicated  what i am i missing ? . on the online version
