Hello, Is there any way to get a refund from a service I was not able to get from the ones offered by Turbotax? Living outside Canda is impossible to get a call from them

I paid for a service they could not provide to me. I would like a refund of my money.

A refund was requested. It can take 2-3 weeks to see it back on your credit card.
