Please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. This TurboTax FAQ has instructions on how to clear the cache in several popular browsers: How do I clear my cache (browsing history)?
To file a previous year return, please follow the link, File past years' taxes. After you choose the year, please choose the software you wish to use in the lower part of the page which will bring you to your account. Once you sign in your account you will see a button on the right: Start a new (year chosen) return.
