Hey I didn’t receive my full refund that I filed for. Does turbo tax keep a part of my return on top of the filing fee?

The Canada Revenue Agency issues your income tax refund.  TurboTax does not receive any part of your income tax refund.  In order to inquire about why there is a significant difference in the amount of the refund that you received as opposed to what you were expecting, it would be beneficial to contact the Canada Revenue Agency at 1 800 959 8281.  They will be able to explain any changes that were made.
