Hi, for business entry of our YouTube Channel, when I enter the URL in the section "Enter URL below" it gives error. I cannot move forward.

You would only enter the URL if you own the website that you are doing business from. If you are operating on YouTube, Amazon, Etsy, or a similar site where you are not the owner, then you would not need to enter anything in that box.
