How can I deactivate the timeout feature?

It is super annoying to have to re-log-back in multiple times while working through a tax return.

If you are working in TurboTax software it shouldn't time out, unless you are not entering anything for a few minutes.

I agree; it is very annoying to have to continue to log in. When I locate receipts, add them up, etc I'm logged out when I come back to Intuit. No one else has access to my computer, so I'd like to deactivate the timeout function. Please provide instructions.

@cjhull621 There is no way to deactivate or change the timeout function in TurboTax Online.

has this changed?  How chan i changed the delay on the timeout feature?  It times out too quickly and creates more work for the user.

There is no way to deactivate or change the timeout function in TurboTax Online. I have used TurboTax Online 2015 and there was no option to change the delay back then either.
